Sports management giant IMG acquires ISP Sports
Sports management giant IMG is acquiring ISP Sports, which will give it more than 50 Division I college clients. IMG announced the agreement Wednesday. It already had marketing deals with several schools, including Texas and Florida. ISP's clients include Alabama, Duke, Georgia, Notre Dame, UCLA and Virginia Tech.

Sports physicals scheduled
Area students needing a sports physical for the 2010-2011 school year may receive one for free. The sports physicals will be offered in two locations, at Hacker Middle School Aug. 11-12 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, and at Trinity Mountain Medical Clinic on Aug. 13 from 8:30 a.m. to noon.
