Chess is a game that requires a lot of mental skill and concentration. It is a game for two people who try to adopt different strategies to defeat the other player. It is a very complex game that has infinite possible moves and tactics. Almost every move depends on the other persons moves. The earliest chess games were traced to the 2nd century BC although there is no evidence to its exact existence. There is evidence of a type of chess game being played in India in the 6th century AD; some modern versions were found in Persia.

If you devote as little time as 10 minutes to stretching after
you row, the benefits will be immeasurable. Stretching the
specific muscles that you use when you row makes the most sense
and is therefore the best use of your time! Also, stretching just
after you have rowed, when your muscles are warm, is the safest,
easiest and most beneficial time to incorporate a routine.

Why should you learn wilderness survival skills just for backpacking? They may save your life someday, and for ultralight enthusiasts like myself, skills replace gear, and therefore weight. The best reason, however, may be that it's just a good feeling to know you can deal with whatever comes up. It makes you feel more at home.
